Its lead program setrusumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting sclerostin for osteogenesis imperfecta, has completed multiple successful Phase II studies and entered pivotal Phase III trials through a partnership with Ultragenyx. Alvelestat, an oral neutrophil elastase inhibitor for alpha‑1 antitrypsin deficiency-associated lung disease and bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome, has advanced to late-stage clinical development.
