Overview
Mersana’s lead candidate Emi-Le/XMT–1660 is a Dolasynthen-based B7-H4-targeting ADC currently in ongoing Phase I dose expansion studies. The maximum tolerated dose has not yet been established; initial safety/tolerability/efficacy data are expected in the second half of the year. The Immunosynthen-based HER2-targeting candidate XMT–2056 resumed its Phase I trial after a clinical hold was lifted; patient enrollment continues with GSK holding an exclusive global license option. Additional candidates are at preclinical stages or partnered with major pharma companies.
