Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital is a full-service tertiary care facility located in San Antonio, Texas, and is a campus of Methodist Hospital. The hospital is widely recognized for its world-class transplant program, particularly in kidney and liver transplantation, and houses one of the largest live-donor kidney transplant programs in the United States. Beyond transplantation, the facility provides specialized services in bariatric surgery, robotic surgery, and behavioral health, including a unique program for sexual addiction. As part of the Methodist Healthcare System, it operates as a joint venture between Methodist Ministries and HCA Healthcare.
