METI (Medical Education Technologies, Inc.) was a pioneer and global leader in the development of high-fidelity human patient simulators and medical simulation technology. Founded in 1996, the company revolutionized medical training by providing realistic, physiologically-driven mannequins that allow healthcare professionals to practice clinical skills and emergency procedures in a risk-free environment. METI's product line included advanced simulators for adult, pediatric, and obstetric care, as well as sophisticated software for scenario-based learning. In 2011, the company was acquired by CAE, a global leader in modeling, simulation, and training, and its operations were integrated into the CAE Healthcare division.
