Founded and led by J. Wade Mezey and Paul Howarth, the firm was notably retained by GeneThera, Inc. in 2007 to manage investor communications and explore strategic acquisitions to enhance shareholder value. However, the partnership ended in a high-profile legal dispute after GeneThera terminated the arrangement, alleging that the group had issued unauthorized and misleading press releases. The firm also operated a subsidiary, Mezey Howarth Racing Stables, which focused on the acquisition and management of thoroughbred racehorses.
