MHP Salud

MHP Salud is a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes in underserved communities through the implementation of Community Health Worker (CHW) programs. Founded with a focus on migrant farmworker populations, the organization has expanded to provide culturally appropriate health education and outreach to a broad range of Hispanic and Latino communities across the United States. MHP Salud specializes in the 'Promotor(a) de Salud' model, utilizing peer-to-peer support to address chronic disease management, mental health, and maternal health. In addition to direct program implementation, the organization provides extensive training and technical assistance to other healthcare entities looking to integrate CHW models into their clinical or community workflows.
