Mablink Bioscience is a French biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for cancer treatment. The company utilizes its proprietary PSARlink™ platform, which employs a hydrophilic polysarcosine linker to improve the pharmacological properties of ADCs, such as solubility and therapeutic index. This technology enables the creation of ADCs with high drug-to-antibody ratios that remain stable and effective in the bloodstream. Its lead candidate, MBK-103, is an ADC targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα) for the treatment of ovarian and other solid tumors. In October 2023, Eli Lilly announced its agreement to acquire Mablink to bolster its oncology pipeline and leverage the PSARlink technology.
