Micro-X

Micro-X is an Australian publicly traded imaging technology company developing and commercializing ultra-lightweight X-ray and CT systems for medical and security applications. Its core platform is Nano Electronic X-ray (NEX) Technology, a cold-cathode carbon nanotube-based X-ray platform that enables smaller, lighter, faster, and electronically controlled imaging systems. In healthcare, Micro-X markets the Rover Plus mobile digital radiography system and is advancing a portable Head CT for stroke imaging as well as a mobile full-body CT under an ARPA-H-funded program. Outside healthcare, it also develops security imaging products including Argus, a baggage CT scanner, and modular passenger checkpoint systems. The company designs and manufactures key subsystems including X-ray tubes, high-voltage generators, and switching technology, with vertically integrated operations in Adelaide and a commercial and government-facing presence in Seattle.
