Microsure

Microsure is a Dutch medical robotics company developing robot-assisted microsurgery systems for open microsurgical and supermicrosurgical procedures. Its core product family is the MUSA platform, including the earlier MUSA-2 system and the newer MUSA-3, which is designed to improve precision through motion scaling, tremor filtration, ergonomic console-based control, and compatibility with surgeons’ preferred micro-instruments. The company has reported clinical experience with MUSA-2 across roughly 50 patients in indications including lymphatic surgery, free flap surgery, and distal nerve repair, and is using those data to support the next-generation system.
