Overview
MicroVAX’s lead program—a recombinant adenoviral vector vaccine encoding a fusion of MUC1 and CD40L—has completed preclinical studies showing potent immune activation and tumor regression. The first-in-human Phase 1 trial began in Singapore in patients with relapsed/refractory epithelial cancers. Early results indicate good tolerability and immune response induction; enrollment was ongoing as of the last update[7].
