Mid-Atlantic Nephrology Associates (MANA) is a physician-owned and physician-governed medical group specializing in nephrology and hypertension in the Greater Baltimore area. Founded in 1999 through the merger of two established practices, MANA provides comprehensive care for patients with various kidney-related disorders, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), and acute kidney injury. The group operates multiple clinical locations and 'Kidney HOME' centers that focus on patient education and home dialysis training. MANA also maintains an outpatient vascular access center and holds admitting privileges at numerous regional hospitals. In 2022, the practice entered a strategic partnership with Evergreen Nephrology to implement value-based care models and improve patient outcomes.
