Middlesex Gases does not conduct clinical trials but supplies high-purity specialty, medical, and cryogenic gases to the life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, research institutions, and industrial customers across New England. The company operates three fill plants with state-of-the-art labs for custom-blend specialty gases and FDA-approved medical CO₂. It also manufactures dry ice in-house. Approximately 85% of its business serves the life sciences/biotech sector. Services include gas system design/installations for labs/facilities; on-site quality analysis; safety training; remote cylinder monitoring; e-commerce ordering/integration; lab audits.
