Millicent Manufacturing PR, LLC is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and commercialization company based in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, and a subsidiary of the Ireland-headquartered Millicent Pharma. Established in August 2025, it represents the first new pharmaceutical company to open on the island in 15 years, following the acquisition of a former Teva Pharmaceuticals facility. The company specializes in women's health, producing innovative products such as Femlyv, the first FDA-approved orally disintegrating contraceptive pill. The Fajardo site serves as a strategic hub for the production of hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, including vaginal rings and inserts, for global markets.
