MilliGen was a French biotechnology company specializing in the development and production of custom monoclonal antibodies and diagnostic tools. Founded as a spin-off from the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), the company focused on proteomics and the identification of novel biomarkers for clinical diagnostics. MilliGen provided specialized services in antibody engineering and the development of immunoassays for the pharmaceutical and research sectors. The company was eventually acquired by the Belgian diagnostics firm Innogenetics in 2003 to strengthen its protein expression and antibody capabilities.
