MindCore

Mindcore was a Danish biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapeutic interventions for Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. The company's primary research centered on the identification and development of small molecules designed to target and inhibit the aggregation of alpha-synuclein, a protein closely linked to the pathology of Parkinson's. Founded as a spin-out from Aarhus University, Mindcore leveraged deep academic expertise in molecular biology and neuroscience. Despite early-stage support from prominent life science investors, the company was eventually dissolved.
