Minerva Neurosciences is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of product candidates for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) diseases. Its lead asset, roluperidone (MIN-101), is a small molecule that targets the 5-HT2A and sigma-2 receptors to address the negative symptoms of schizophrenia; it is currently undergoing a confirmatory Phase 3 trial to support an NDA resubmission following a 2024 CRL.
