Company intelligence / Profile preview
MiNK Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering the development of allogeneic invariant Natural Killer T (iNKT) cell therapies to treat cancer and other immune-mediated diseases. The company's proprietary platform harnesses the unique biology of iNKT cells, which naturally modulate both innate and adaptive immune responses and can home to tissues without the need for HLA matching. Their lead product candidate, AGENT-797, is an off-the-shelf, unmodified iNKT cell therapy currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for solid tumors, multiple myeloma, and viral ARDS. MiNK's approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional CAR-T therapies by providing scalable, non-patient-specific treatments that can be administered without lymphodepletion. The company is also advancing a pipeline of engineered CAR-iNKT programs targeting specific antigens such as FAP and BCMA.
