Overview
Minoryx's lead compound leriglitazone (MIN-102) completed a phase 2/3 study in X-ALD (ADVANCE) showing significant reduction of cerebral lesion progression and reduced incidence of cerebral lesions and myelopathy symptoms. A study in pediatric cALD (NEXUS) showed disease arrest or lesion growth stabilization after 24 weeks. A phase 3 study in adult male patients with progressive cALD (CALYX) is currently recruiting in the US with results anticipated by late 2025. The marketing authorization application (MAA) for adult male X-ALD patients is currently under review by the EMA.
