The company was formed after Resilience Capital Partners acquired and integrated TSS Technologies and R&3D Automation, and it later expanded its California footprint through the acquisition of CKC Engineering. MiQ designs and builds custom automation systems and provides systems integration, robotic assembly, testing, inspection, machining, build-to-print, and turnkey electro-mechanical contract manufacturing services. Within healthcare and life sciences, the company supports manufacturing applications such as drug delivery systems, diagnostic test kits, sample collection, aseptic syringe filling, and medicinal-product packaging.
