MiracleFeet is a global healthcare non-profit organization dedicated to providing equitable access to clubfoot treatment in low- and middle-income countries. The organization promotes the Ponseti method, a highly effective, non-surgical intervention that involves serial casting followed by the use of a foot-abduction brace. MiracleFeet developed its own low-cost, high-quality brace in collaboration with Stanford University and Suncast Corporation to overcome the barrier of expensive orthotics. By partnering with local clinics and ministries of health, the organization builds sustainable healthcare infrastructure and provides training for medical professionals. Their digital health tool, the CAST Management App, helps track patient progress and ensure treatment compliance across their global network.
