MIRA Pharmaceuticals is developing oral small molecule drugs for neuroscience indications. Its two main candidates, Ketamir-2 (an oral ketamine analog) and MIRA-55 (a pharmaceutical marijuana analog), are in preclinical and early clinical investigation and have not yet reported clinical efficacy results.
