Mirati Therapeutics developed KRAZATI® (adagrasib), a KRASG12C inhibitor approved for NSCLC. Other programs include MRTX1133 targeting KRASG12D in early clinical trials, and additional assets such as sitravatinib and MRTX1719. Sitravatinib failed its phase 3 trial in NSCLC and is no longer being developed by Mirati for that indication. The pipeline includes both marketed and investigational drugs focused on genetically defined cancers.[6][9]
