Missouri Community Health Access

Missouri Community Health Access is a healthcare organization that serves as a joint venture partner with Centene Corporation in the operation of Home State Health, a leading Medicaid managed care organization in Missouri. Representing a consortium of Missouri's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), the entity was established to ensure that community-based providers have a voice in the management and delivery of care for the state's Medicaid, Medicare, and Health Insurance Marketplace populations. The organization focuses on improving health equity and access to primary, dental, and behavioral health services for underserved and low-income residents. Through its partnership, it supports a trauma-informed, integrated delivery system that serves hundreds of thousands of members across all regions of Missouri.
