Modus Media International (MMI) was a leading global provider of supply chain management services, specializing in the technology, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. Originally established as a spin-off from RR Donnelley & Sons in 1995, the company provided comprehensive outsourcing solutions including kitting, packaging, fulfillment, and software replication. MMI was particularly significant in the healthcare sector for managing the complex logistics and regulatory requirements of medical device distribution and pharmaceutical secondary packaging. In 2004, the company was acquired by CMGI and merged with SalesLink to form ModusLink, which remains a key player in global supply chain logistics. At its peak, MMI operated dozens of solution centers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
