Mohawk Valley Health System

Mohawk Valley Health System is a non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system based in Utica, New York, serving the Mohawk Valley region. The organization operates the Wynn Hospital as its flagship acute-care hospital and also includes the MVHS Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, the Visiting Nurse Association of Utica and Oneida County, and a multisite medical group. Its services span primary care, surgery, oncology, cardiovascular care, stroke care, behavioral health, women’s and children’s health, rehabilitation, home care, specialty pharmacy, and related outpatient services. MVHS was formed through the affiliation of Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare and St. Elizabeth Medical Center and consolidated acute-care operations into the Wynn Hospital in October 2023. It is a regional provider organization rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company.
