Molina Medicaid Solutions

Molina Medicaid Solutions (MMS) was a specialized healthcare IT and services division of Molina Healthcare that provided administrative support to state Medicaid programs. The company's core offering was the design and management of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), facilitating claims processing and provider relations for several U.S. states. MMS was formed in 2010 through the acquisition of Unisys's Health Information Management business. In October 2018, DXC Technology acquired MMS for $231 million to bolster its public sector health portfolio. The business is now part of Gainwell Technologies, a company formed after DXC sold its state and local health business to Veritas Capital.
