Mologic has developed and commercialized rapid point-of-care diagnostic devices using advanced lateral flow technologies. Their next-generation ultra-sensitive platform demonstrates up to a thousand-fold improvement in sensitivity over conventional tests. Products target malaria, HIV, COVID‑19 and other infectious/tropical diseases; the company also provides contract R&D services for new diagnostics. Following its acquisition by philanthropic investors led by the Soros Economic Development Fund and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in August/July of 2021, it transitioned into a social enterprise under the name Global Access Health to expand access to affordable testing globally.
