Morgan Scientific is a U.S.-based respiratory diagnostics and pulmonary function testing company focused on commercial medical devices and software for lung function assessment. The company develops and markets pulmonary function testing systems, including spirometry and full PFT hardware, and its flagship ComPAS2 software platform for reporting, workflow, EMR integration, and remote interpretation. Its products are used by children's hospitals, clinical institutions, research centers, and respiratory providers. Morgan Scientific has a long operating history in pulmonary diagnostics and became part of Vitalograph in September 2024, where its software and U.S. commercial footprint support Vitalograph's broader respiratory diagnostics business.
