MRIguidance

MRIguidance has developed BoneMRI—a cloud-based AI software that generates CT-like images of bone from standard MRI scans without radiation. The technology has received CE marking and FDA clearance for several anatomical regions. It has been integrated into clinical workflows in Europe and the US with demonstrated utility in surgical planning—including first-in-human surgeries based on BoneMRI data. Clinical adoption includes major hospitals such as University Hospital Ghent and UMC Utrecht. Studies show improved safety by eliminating radiation exposure while providing high-resolution bone morphology data suitable for navigation/robotic surgery.
