My Possibilities

My Possibilities is a Texas-based nonprofit organization that provides continuing education, job placement, and life-skills programming for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Founded in 2008 in Plano, it operates a full-day, full-year model focused on academics, vocational training, socialization, independent living, career services, and community inclusion. The organization appears to function more like a specialized education and supportive-services provider than a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company. Its programs serve adults with conditions including Down syndrome, autism, Asperger syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, and brain injury, and it has expanded through the 2018 merger with LaunchAbility. My Possibilities also supports longer-term infrastructure through the MP Foundation and development of educational and residential initiatives for the IDD community.
