MyoStim ED

MyoStim ED was a biotechnology company focused on developing regenerative medicine solutions for erectile dysfunction (ED). As a subsidiary of U.S. Stem Cell, the company pioneered a treatment protocol that utilized autologous bone marrow-derived stem cells to address the underlying physiological causes of ED. The therapy aimed to regenerate damaged vascular and neural tissues within the penis, offering a potential long-term cure for patients who did not respond to traditional PDE5 inhibitors. MyoStim ED conducted Phase 1/2 clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of its cell-based approach. However, the company's progress was halted following regulatory actions by the FDA against its parent company, leading to the dissolution of the entity in 2018.
