Company intelligence / Profile preview
Mythic Therapeutics was a private oncology biotechnology company developing next-generation antibody-drug conjugates designed to improve tumor selectivity and widen the therapeutic window. The company’s core technology, FateControl, used protein engineering to increase ADC uptake in cancer cells while reducing payload release in normal tissues. Its lead and only disclosed clinical program was MYTX-011, a c-MET-targeting ADC evaluated in the Phase 1 KisMET-01 study for previously treated advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Mythic presented early clinical and preclinical data in 2024 and 2025 and positioned MYTX-011 as a potentially differentiated c-MET ADC. However, the company entered wind-down in December 2025, terminated its Phase 1 trial for business reasons, and began selling assets including MYTX-011 and the FateControl platform.
