Mythic ABC

Mythic Therapeutics was a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Waltham, Massachusetts, specializing in the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for oncology. The company's core technology, the FateControl™ platform, was designed to enhance the therapeutic index of ADCs by engineering pH-dependent binding to increase payload delivery to tumors while minimizing off-target effects in healthy tissues. Its lead program, MYTX-011, was a cMET-targeted ADC that reached Phase 1 clinical trials for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Despite demonstrating promising safety and efficacy data, the company faced funding challenges and initiated a General Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) in late 2025 to liquidate its intellectual property and assets.
