Nadurel Pharma was a Canadian specialty pharmaceutical company based in Montreal, Quebec, that focused on the acquisition and commercialization of niche healthcare products. The company specialized in therapeutic areas such as pain management, inflammation, and pediatrics, with a portfolio anchored by established brands like Naprosyn (naproxen). In June 2014, Nadurel Pharma was acquired by Pediapharm Inc. for approximately $1.1 million in cash and equity. This strategic acquisition allowed Pediapharm to expand its product offerings and leverage Nadurel's existing commercial infrastructure in the Canadian market.
