Nano Technology Research Center

NTRC (Netherlands Translational Research Center) is a specialized drug discovery company based in Oss, Netherlands, focusing on the development of small molecule therapeutics for oncology and immunology. The company is widely recognized for its proprietary technology platforms, including OncoPanel, a comprehensive cell-based screening engine, and ResidenceTimer, which characterizes the kinetic interactions between drugs and their targets. Founded in 2011 by former scientists from Organon and MSD, NTRC has established a robust portfolio of internal programs targeting key enzymes in the kynurenine pathway, such as IDO1 and TDO, as well as protein kinases like TTK. In July 2021, NTRC was acquired by Aragen Life Sciences, a global contract research and development organization, to enhance its integrated drug discovery capabilities.
