Nanobiotix

Nanobiotix’s lead product NBTXR3 is a first-in-class radioenhancer composed of functionalized hafnium oxide nanoparticles. It is administered via intratumoral injection and activated by standard radiotherapy to increase tumor destruction without increasing toxicity to healthy tissues. Proof-of-concept was achieved in soft tissue sarcomas with European CE mark approval. The pivotal global Phase 3 trial NANORAY‑312 is ongoing for locally advanced head and neck cancers; additional randomized studies are underway or planned for NSCLC and other solid tumors. Early results show promising efficacy as both monotherapy adjunct to radiation and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors.[9][10]
