Overview
NanOlogy has developed a proprietary supercritical precipitation technology to create large surface area microparticles of chemotherapeutic agents for intratumoral delivery. Over 170 patients have been treated in clinical trials across multiple solid tumor types. Results show promising tumor response and immunomodulation with minimal systemic toxicity and no confirmed drug-related serious adverse events.
