Company intelligence / Profile preview
NanoScan Imaging developed N1177, an investigational iodinated nanoparticulate contrast agent for CT imaging. Clinical and preclinical data demonstrated that N1177 is taken up by macrophages, enabling the visualization of vulnerable (high-risk) atherosclerotic plaques and the differentiation of cancerous from healthy lymph nodes. In late 2019, the company initiated a process to sell its physical inventory and intellectual property assets through a sealed-bid auction.
