Naryx Pharmaceuticals was a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in Vicksburg, Mississippi, specializing in the development of therapies for chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). The company focused on the localized delivery of anti-infective agents to the nasal and sinus passages, aiming to provide more effective treatment than systemic antibiotics.
