National Health Laboratories was a prominent American clinical laboratory company that provided a comprehensive range of diagnostic testing services. The company operated a vast network of laboratories across the United States, serving physicians, hospitals, and clinics with routine and specialized medical tests. In 1995, National Health Laboratories merged with Roche Biomedical Laboratories to form Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, now known as Labcorp. This merger created one of the largest clinical laboratory systems in the world, significantly expanding the scale and reach of diagnostic services.
