National Investment Bankers Association

National Investment Banking Association is a U.S.-based not-for-profit association focused on the micro-cap and small-cap investment community rather than life sciences or healthcare operations. Founded in 1982, NIBA organizes investment conferences and connects presenting public and private companies with broker-dealers, investors, market makers, and other capital markets participants. Its business is centered on financing, investor access, and conference services, not drug discovery, clinical development, or healthcare product commercialization. Although biotech and healthcare companies may present at its conferences, NIBA itself is not a biotech, pharma, or healthcare company.
