Navin Saxena Research and Technology (NSRT) is a research-driven pharmaceutical enterprise and the R&D arm of Rusan Pharma. Established in 1994 with a state-of-the-art facility inaugurated in 2016 in the Kandla Special Economic Zone (KASEZ) in Gujarat, India, NSRT focuses on computer-aided drug design (CADD), active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) synthesis, and novel drug delivery systems (NDDS). The company specializes in niche therapeutic areas including addiction treatment, pain management, central nervous system (CNS) disorders, and orphan diseases. NSRT's platform technologies include transdermal patches, biodegradable implants, oral dispersible films, and nanotechnology. Additionally, NSRT offers contract research and development (CRO) and contract manufacturing services (CMO) for controlled substances and generic formulations.
