nCartes is a cloud-based platform that automates and streamlines clinical trial data capture and transfer from electronic health records (EHRs) to electronic data capture (EDC) systems, eliminating manual data entry and substantially improving data quality, speed, and cost efficiency in clinical research. The platform has been shown to eliminate data entry errors for numeric data, significantly reduce text data error rates (from 5.8% to 1.2%), and save substantial time for clinical research coordinators (up to 60% faster data entry, averaging 36% across data types).
