Nelson Bays Primary Health

Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) is a Primary Health Organisation (PHO) that coordinates and funds primary healthcare services for the Nelson and Tasman regions of New Zealand. Established as a charitable trust, NBPH supports a network of general practices and community health providers to deliver integrated care to over 100,000 enrolled patients. The organization focuses on improving population health through initiatives in mental health, long-term condition management, and health promotion. NBPH works closely with Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, equitable healthcare services across its geographic catchment area.
