Neogen Chile is the Chilean operating entity of Neogen, serving the country with commercial food safety, animal safety, and genomics products and services. The business was established as a wholly owned local subsidiary after Neogen acquired the assets of Chilean distributor Magiar Chilena in March 2020. In Chile, the company supports customers in food processing, animal protein, agriculture, and related laboratory markets with diagnostic kits, culture media, sanitation and environmental monitoring tools, and animal genomics solutions. It is not a therapeutic drug developer; rather, it is a commercial life-science and diagnostics business focused on testing, quality assurance, and safety across the food supply chain.
