Company intelligence / Profile preview
Neograft Technologies developed the Angioshield System, a catheter-based medical device designed to reinforce and protect saphenous vein grafts during coronary artery bypass surgery. The system creates a micro-fibrous polymer sleeve around harvested veins to prevent overdilation and improve long-term patency. Two clinical trials were conducted demonstrating feasibility and safety for use in CABG procedures; however, there are no recent updates indicating further development or commercialization.
