Overview
NeoIndicate's lead imaging agent (NEO-001) and platform agents have shown rapid, highly specific binding and detection of tumor cells—including invasive GBM—in animal models. Preclinical data supports sensitive tumor cell identification for improved neurosurgical resection and potential for diagnosis, imaging (fluorescent, MRI, PET), and theranostic treatment. Human clinical trials for brain tumor imaging agents were planned for 2023. Radiopharm Theranostics has licensed development for clinical radiopharmaceutical use.
