NEORNAT is a private South Korean oncology biotech focused on first-in-class RNA therapeutics and RNA-regulator-targeted anticancer medicines. The company centers its R&D on functional RNAs, non-coding RNAs, and RNA network biology to identify novel cancer targets, with a particular emphasis on liver cancer and macrophage-directed immuno-oncology. Its lead program, NRT-YHD_001, is an antisense miRNA therapeutic designed to inhibit let-7i-5p, restore thrombospondin-1 activity, and disrupt CD47-SIRPα-mediated macrophage immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma.
