Overview

Neotope Biosciences was an Irish-incorporated biotech focused on antibody therapies for misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative and amyloid diseases. It spun off from Elan in 2012, transferred many assets to Prothena, and its subsidiary Neotope Neuroscience (developer of PRX004 for ATTR amyloidosis) was acquired by Novo Nordisk in 2021.
