NES Health, also referred to in reporting as National Emergency Services or National Emergency Services Health, was a physician-led U.S. healthcare services company focused on hospital-based medicine rather than drug development. The company provided emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, post-acute care, intensivist coverage, physician staffing, and practice management services to hospitals and health systems, including community, rural, and critical access facilities. Public reporting in late 2024 indicated the company was winding down operations amid severe financial distress, and Becker's reported that NES Health filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on February 21, 2025. As a result, the business appears to be inactive and not a biotech or pharma developer with a therapeutic pipeline.
